How to build a floating stairs?

Floating stairs is getting more and more poplular in residential projects, below are some popular design:

1. wood step, wood handrail, glass railing

3. wood step with vertical rods or cables

But how to buid a floating staircase：

1. Actually the floating stairs is not real floating, its steel stringer is hidden into wall.

Not like normal steel stringer stairs, it needs to be fixed before wall builts, so its stringer could be hidden.

2. need the stair opening dimensions and floor to floor height

3. need to the wall thickness and structure to design stringer size;

4. normally the wall doesn't need to be a load bearing wall, as the stringer just need to fixed on ground floor and upper floor beam, the wall don't bear the stair weight really.

But if you want the stringer as thin as possible, we will need fix the stringer on wall.
